Event Marketing & Social Media Growth for Art Wheel Studio

#Meta Ad #SMM

About the Project

Art Wheel Studio is a creative art studio with two locations in Frisco and Roanoke, offering art classes, workshops, camps, and seasonal events for children and families.

The studio had already built a strong local reputation and a loyal community. However, the key challenge was scaling growth through digital marketing, transforming social media into a predictable channel for client acquisition and event registrations, and building a system that consistently generated qualified leads through direct messages and automated bot inquiries.

At the start of our collaboration:

  • Active business with two studio locations in Texas
  • Strong offline reputation and community trust
  • Need for consistent social media growth
  • Limited structured content strategy across platforms
  • Need for stronger online visibility
  • Need to increase registrations for paid and free events
  • Need to fill seasonal camps and workshops
  • Need for more effective lead generation through ads

The goal was to create a strong digital presence through social media management, paid advertising, and event marketing that would consistently generate leads, increase attendance, and support long-term business growth.

Key Insights

Event-driven content generated the highest engagement

Content built around workshops, holiday events, camps, and special classes consistently performed better than regular promotional posts.

Seasonal campaigns created stronger emotional connection and higher audience engagement.

Community marketing played a major role in conversions

For local businesses like art studios, visibility in community spaces matters.

Promotion through local Facebook groups, community pages, and direct outreach significantly improved attendance and lead quality.

Paid ads accelerated registrations and event attendance

Meta Ads campaigns

helped generate:

  • event responses
  • messaging conversations
  • website traffic
  • qualified leads

Well-optimized event campaigns delivered strong results at low cost.

For example:

  • Halloween Event → 297 responses at $0.67
  • Christmas Event → 164 responses at $1.52
  • Sidewalk Chalk Contest → 96 responses at $2.08

Multi-platform visibility strengthened brand presence

Consistent promotion across:

  • Instagram
  • Facebook
  • TikTok
  • YouTube

helped create a stronger brand presence and kept the audience engaged across multiple touchpoints.
