About the Project

The goal was to enhance the functionality of an existing Austrian automotive service website. The task was to create an interactive tool that allows car owners to instantly receive error code descriptions and AI-generated repair recommendations.

Key Solutions Delivered:

  • UI/UX Design (Figma): Designed a dedicated landing page that seamlessly integrates with the existing brand identity of the main website.

  • Custom Data Parser: Developed a specialized script to crawl and systematize a massive database of car makes and corresponding error codes, ensuring high accuracy for initial diagnostics.

  • Interactive Functionality (JS/PHP):

    • Implemented a smart form for vehicle make selection and error code input.

    • The system instantly retrieves technical problem descriptions from the processed database.

  • AI Integration (Neural Network):

    • Added a unique “AI Solution” feature.

    • Upon activation, the system queries an AI model to generate a real-time, step-by-step guide on how to fix that specific fault.

  • Backend Logic: Developed a robust PHP-based server side to handle requests, manage database interactions, and facilitate seamless API communication with the AI.


Business Impact

The website was transformed into a high-value service tool for drivers. This significantly increased user engagement (SEO benefits) and customer loyalty.
